Refund Policy

If Pro did not work as described because of an outage on our side lasting more than 24 hours in a row, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We will refund or extend the period at our discretion.

Stripe subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate ordinary cancellations mid-cycle.

Bitcoin payments are confirmed manually. If we cannot verify a payment, we do not activate Pro and you keep the coins you did not send. Confirmed Bitcoin periods are generally non-refundable because of network irreversibility, except where required by consumer law.

EU/UK consumers keep any mandatory cooling-off rights that apply to digital services once supply has not begun; once you have used Pro processing, those rights may be limited as allowed by law.
